    Definitely prefer the raw version! It's okay to be nervous, it's okay to be human, it's okay to be you! You've hit so many "first" milestones this year already, super proud of you. I know I'm not alone in saying that we all wait with excitement each week to hear about what new thing you've conquered. Cheers!

    It isn't really an affirmation but this is my favourite quote & morning reminder that puts everything into perspective for me and makes me feel at ease. So I'd like to share it:

    Sound like a good tasting week!!! :-) One thought, is it totally out of what you want if you start with one change. Maybe you have already tried it before. For example, you start to train at the gym, but you still eat with good feelings what you are eating today. When your training is habit/part of you every day life -> you start to decrease the food you want to exclude. Maybe you already have tried it. For me, it doesn't work to change many things at the same time if I want to change a routine or a habit long term. It's too much of a change during too short time. I have learned to never underestimate the power of habits and routines. Both how difficult they can be to change, but also learning or adding new routines can be very powerful for your everyday life. Take care and keep safe!

    I think I like the raw video more. Each video it seems that you are more and more comfortable in front of the camera. I think the mood of your week is similar to mine. I have so much stuff piling up but I am just not in the mood to take care of them and it is starting to weigh on me. I think it would help if I started doing things that I might be more in the mood of doing. Maybe if I start working in the garden, next thing I know I'll be sorting out my finances or cleaning the garage, you know build some momentum. Easier said than done. I think you are doing great facing your fears with the vlog. I guess life is facing one problem after another, I hope to learn to be able to find more joy in the process. Thanks for sharing. :)

    I learn so much about signing from watching you. As you progress and are becoming more and more comfortable in front of the camera there is a clarity to your signing. Your faith in God and the support of your family is beautiful and you are blessed. Work through your frustration finding peace in meditation and prayer. The ox is slow but the earth is patient.

    I like the edited because I usually am sneaking videos into small pockets of time - but when I have time, I do enjoy the raw footage. Thanks for sharing your story, your journey with us. Praying for you - and encouraged that you were able to keep going despite a rough week. You can do it!

      Ade zB - Yes, I agree with you there. Positive affirmations is linked to New Age practice. I just discovered that recently & repented. Ashley, you remind me so much of me when I was younger. A perfectionist and always aiming high. Please don’t be too hard on yourself Ashley. You are beautiful inside and outside. God loves you unconditionally and there is absolutely nothing that you can do to make him love you more. I think it is great that you are trying to take care of yourself by exercising and eating healthy, but I think it is also important to make time to do things that make you happy. For me, it is taking walks in the nature, colouring, watching good and clean movies, eating the occasional dark chocolate yummy. Relax in His presence and let Him guide you in life. He has wonderful plans for your life. 💗🙏🏻 X x

    I totally understand Ashley, I have use food to comfort my soul for way too long. I wake up and feel off and off to Mary's donuts I go for an APPLE FRITTER (or 3) . I'm learning that no matter how I feel The Father still loves me and accepts me in Christ, nothing from Him or His side of the equation has changed. . It has no bearing on my reality IN HIM. I'm still a new creature in Christ, still loved and forgiven. Also I have discover some freedom from my struggle with anxiety. I said SELF listen to me ....... whatever you fear or dread come from thoughts, and if the fear and dread have to change before you can get back to believing and trusting in the Lord, then that isn't Faith. ITS OUR SHEILD OF *FAITH* THAT WILL QUENCH " EVERY FIREY DART OF THE DEVIL" not the absence of negative emotions/thoughts.

    I think I can understand. It might be presumptuous of me but I can say I can relate. I have anxiety that causes me stress and insomnia. It's a bit sensitive but some of the reason I've been having these conundrums where I can't keep do the things that I do every day. I look at people and compare myself to them. It doesn't help that other people compare myself to others who have more experience than me. I know it's hard but if there's one advice that I can give you is that. It's to not worry about the grand things you have to do to validate yourself. Just focus on what you can do in the present and start from there. Slow and steady. Bit by bit. Step by step.
    Oh, and I agree with you. Sleep does help recover from emotional exhaustion. You can also search for meditation. I got it from a book from "Hyper Focus" by Chris bailey. It's really good.
    Sorry if I was a bit rude with me being presumptuous and all.😄
    Good luck on your future endeavours. I don't know if I can speak for us but we're here for you if you need us. Take your time to relax and do the work that you feel important.

    I struggle to gain weight. When I'm stressed or feelin blue, I lose weight. I can empathize with your problem. Love the videos. Keep up the good fight

    You look so thin. You are beautiful and I’m not just saying that to make you feel good. I think you are worrying about your weight too much. Pray about it and do what you can and ask God to shed the pounds. No stress. Once you start to love who you are you wont be so worried about your weight especially because you are not fat or overweight ..

    Hyaluronic acid is literally what is in your joints. You can get 1-2 years worth for $70 (100g) on Amazon I think.
    This will help you from getting arthritis.
    Fun fact
    My mom calls it hydraulic acid. Which sounds like it would go in a cars suspension. She mixes it up, keeps it fresh.. Or just mixes it up. Who knows

    My thoughts:
    We love you, don't feel anxious or nervous. Just be happy and be you. No matter what your fans will be here for you and God will always be at your side.
    If the business side is not where you want it to be, maybe there's a different approach. I would recommend advertising on Twitter, Tumbler, Reddit and any other social media platform. There's also LinkedIn and Indeed services that you can utilize as well. If you're stressed about the time it takes to edit and close caption your videos and that is stopping you from creating more content, then maybe it's time to hire some part time help to assist you in those tasks. Most the "big" TH-camrs started solo but, then added staff. Oh, I forgot Twitch streaming as well.
    Just remember, success doesn't happen over night. It takes many days and years of working at your goals to become truly successful. It's the same with working out; you don't workout for 1 day and expect instant results. Much love Ashley, keep up the good work. Luck! ❤👍

    How do you feel about taking anxiety or depression medication? It could help you feel better, in addition to all the mental power you are putting forth to be happy.

      Yes, I don't know her entire journey but I agree. I do know that all the self-help strategies didn't help until I started medication. It's hard to focus on healthy habits when your brain is always in crisis mode. I'm off it now, but it really helped me get started!

    I really appreciate you Ashley. You are not alone in your struggles. Many can relate to what you are going through. Thank you for showing us what do to help yourself. I pray you can lean on God, family, loved ones and maybe doctors to help you through this hard time. Exercise and eating better really does help, I have gained 20 pounds this year due to my disabilities and inability to walk for 4 months, etc but I’m 14 down! We can do it! God is good! He loves you and you are s beautiful person, inside and out! God bless you!

    I really don't think you should quit the food you like once and for all! I've been there myself and cooking for myself is what helps me. I'm sure you know that all the fast food companies loads their goods with lots of sugar and saturated fats; and that what give you the short feeling of satisfaction, it's addictive. So it's not your fault! Just maybe you could try to bake your own potatoes instead of actually firing them! Also, cut all the added sugar and be aware of the products you consume will definitely help you out. I wish you all the best as always. 🌹

    HellO! did you know you could break down your video into a daily contents, if you upload everdays you make more money from youtube.
    Make video of you at the Gym, washing dishes, doing laundry, taking a nap, shopping at the mail, eating good foods and making prank and funny videos or having a short clip of you teahing ASL lesson. Just a advice is really up to you.

Carolinecandace.com or her IG @carolinetusiuk. Please please please, check her out and just email her before you turn to any medication or find yourself more upset. I wouldn't recommend her if she didn't personally help me lose over 11 inches so far. I personally don't weigh myself anymore right now because it's counter productive to our focus. Go by how you feel. Also remember as you work out and gain muscle you'll gain a little according to the scale because muscle weighs more than fat. And I dunno where you're gaining weight at cuz you look great!! Have a blessed week 😘🤟
