Recently got my c17s, the liner is rough as hell, first couple of rounds already skinned a finger. Doesn’t feel bad when you put your hands in them but when you start throwing shots you can definitely feel it. Padding is superb tho
Epic battle . Will go down as one of the finest . Tried superior gloves friend of mine got them . To be honest they felt more comfortable than my Cleto Reyes , especially on the thumb. Padding was also thicker. Leather not bad but my cletos got thicker leather.
I have had ring2cage…decent gloves, the hand compartment was really wide, but they were a good sparring glove. I did order some superior so I guess I will do my own comparison. I think my sweet spot is the $100-150 range. I have had Cleto’s which are great, but maybe there are gloves out there almost as good that are $100 cheaper. I’m just an old guy who is trying to stay in shape, not a competitive boxer
I’ve also ordered the superior gloves still waiting on them to come in as you said though I only box for cardio nun serious just makes it fun using good equipment tbh
@@Quezz8 they are smaller than I thought. Ring2Cage seems to have a longer cuff, wider hand, and more padding. I will hit the bag with them tomorrow and see how they feel. Padding seems decent. Hand compartment will be snug with wraps but I have larger than average sized hands. I’m a little underwhelmed with the looks. Graphic looks a little crude.
The superiors are now going for $112 AUD shipped, to put that in retrospect you can usually find some cheap cletos going for under $200 down here even under 150 sometimes, would you say they're still worth the buck or am I better off forking out that little bit more and finding some cletos or rivals or even ring to cage you can get for roughly 150. Thanks in advance man
Personally I bought a pair of superior 14 ounce gloves with laces and I received a different one among them the seams are different and the staggered logos the front impact is good, but to return and have a change despite being right I was asked to pay the shipping costs, the shipping costs which are more expensive than the glove which is of just sufficient value😡🤬😤
I'm just getting started in boxing. All I have is a double end bag at home, should I go with the superior or the ring to cage? And on the superior website everything is in British pounds, I'm in America, do they only ship in the UK?
Is there any chance and I don't usually like to make requests but is there any chance that you can do a boon Muay Thai gloves review they make some really good ones and their original style looks promising I've owned their bag gloves and would like to own their original gloves would love to have a review before I make such a purchase pretty pretty please
Once again thanks to fit2box I will now be glad to know exactly which is the best gloves for me to purchase based on my budget I'm going to be purchasing the superior gloves with this coming paycheck from Mr lifesaver himself fit2box
I’m buying a pair of c17 18 oz black on the ring to cage website are they going to look the same with the extra padding like the blue boxing gloves you have
Great review!! I have the exact same gloves and same colorways too except I have the older version of the superior gloves unfortunately and enjoy my r2c more as a personal preference.
Hello. I have the old versión of the superior too. Rtc c17 has thicker padding than superior. I was thinking yo buy c17. Do You recommend me buy It? Is it comfortable than superior?
the c17s were the most uncomfortable gloves iv used so far. I prefer the superior gloves. I bought the rtc c17s like 2 years ago and one glove felt ok but the other had a crazy uncomfortable thumb. Tried contacting them but got no reply, maybe i got a defective pair I guess.
I have 2 pairs of the c17. 16oz are perfect. The 12oz pair, I was pissed cuz the left gloves thumb was totally fucked. Returned them and they sent me another left glove and it's all good now. I got a pair of heavy hitters H6 lace up 8oz. Those are dope gloves. I'll probably just stick with that brand in the future.
I bought the superior gloves and air mitts! Very nice!

I don’t know if they have changed the lining because I didn’t experience that with mine
Yeah I didn't have that problem either and I just got mine maybe 3 weeks ago@@Fit2Box
My first RTC started tearing after two years. The liner AND leather started tearing . My Sabas SS has held up much better, fwiw.
Two years I would consider a good amount of time for an £80 glove I would say (obviously depends on amount used)
2 years is good. Time to buy a new pair.

@@BoxingFishingGuydid you like the c17 rtc you got?
Great video! Ignoring price/value for money, which do you feel is a better glove, the superior or the Fairtex BGV9?
Try twins BGLL1

Do you know how long it takes for superiors to arrive to australia from their website?
Did you end up getting them?
Bro get some fightings atp or some marked down cleto reyes
What is the max price you would pay for the superior gloves
Well I don’t want to give them any ideas that means they raise the price 👀🤣 they are great value for money currently

This company got a lot of complaints
I was thinking on getting the sanubal boxing glives lace up but they are 150 dollars but idk you think you could do a review?

Thankyou I really appreciate the kind words
Just FYI I have heard from several people who had the lining ripping on their Superior gloves.
I’ve not heard that before

How comes you post at the same time as cssquaredboxing?
The thumb on the ring to cage looks a lot more like a winning thumb.
Superior or TB win1?

Did Superior go out of business?
No they now have a website instead of ebay👍🏼
Is it superiorwear.com?
It has a gloves section but no gloves.

Do you feel that the superior is better to punch trough someones guard? I feel like my giant R2C are just to big to hit anyone in sparring.

Ive seen a lot of reviews on the C- 17 that talked about how one glove didn't match the other
