To this end, Monika Kulshrestha, the owner & founder of Deals Colony (a dynamic business venture which leverages hobbies into businesses) discusses how to cultivate digital literacy alongside mental well-being, helping to create a generation of individuals who are equipped to navigate the complexities of both online and offline spaces.
Certified in entrepreneurship, project management, and engineering, Monika Kulshrestha transitioned from the corporate sector to pursue her entrepreneurial passions in 2014.
With expertise in business strategy, micro-business development, digital prototypes, and global delivery & team management, she provides consulting and training to help clients achieve sustainable success.
Her approach centres on holistic wellbeing-professionally, personally, and socially-striving to create a judgment-free world that fosters happiness and growth. To this end, her mission is to empower individuals to transform personal interests into profitable side ventures, enhancing financial stability, restoring identity, and alleviating mental stress, ultimately contributing to long-term economic independence.
Over the years, Monika has spearheaded 50+ projects and 35+ community initiatives, creating opportunities for people to engage in meaningful, passion-driven activities. In partnership with her son, she co-founded a global initiative to promote digital wellbeing, teaching young people how to balance screen time with real-world skills, innovation, entrepreneurship, and community connections, leaving a lasting impact on communities worldwide.
