Thank you so much for making this video! I got a PE notification in my washing machine and after asking around it seemed that I needed to spend about $200-250 to fix it. However with the help from this video I was able to fix it myself. Just cost $30 for the parts and that’s it!
THANK YOU. This is the only video I could find on the PE error code. I do not speak this language but my washing machine is almost identical to the one in the video. I could follow along and understand the part that he said might be the problem. I ordered it with overnight shipping and sure enough, it worked. I can’t believe it - $45 total. I wish there had been more detail on removing the cover, that was about the trickiest part!

Your video is extremely useful. Soon after watching your video I have replaced the failed pressure switch. We don’t mind helping the technicians financially but they are exploiting us like anything sadly. So helping poor in some way has become a nuisance in India nowadays. Very unfortunate state of affairs.

Is that part able to be fixed? And why didn't you check the pipe? it might be dirty!
Exactly I had the same problem, i just unclogged the filter at the back and cleaned the hose and the pipe. Lol
@@vandythenoob are you talking about cleaning the small hose coming from the pressure switch or other types of hoses ?? i changed the switch it worked once and showed the same PE ERROR CODE ???
@@davidboyd374 the hose coming from the pressure switch connected to the spin drum. There shouldn't be any air bubbles in it. Also clean the water intake hoses filter cap. If thats clogged you'll still get the PE error.

I had the same issue. I finally realized that my model has 2 additional screws at the front of the lid as well. They’re under little circle plates on each side.
