You probably realized that 2k has reduced the playbook size significantly this year, and in 2k18 you can add like 1000 plays manually but this year there is almost nothing you can manually add. For example my favorite “fist 91 side” is forever gone, you called it the “double dragon”...
This is a huge bug. I bought a BD version. There are a lot of tactics just after installation, but after the update, there are a lot less, like 3PT, low post. Hope 2k can be repaired as soon as possible.

Again great detail in your work. And the 3 out 2 in is wonderful, it saved me when this and pace wouldn't work for me. Also, I cant wait for your defensive settings. Mid range is killing me. Sam! This is OP because you are combining the best actions from the Flow freelance with the Pace spacing and mid PnR backup option, similar to your last year's flow + warriors combo strategy. Also, that Katana flare is very creative! It would be even more deadlier if you can manually cancel the katana flare and switch back to the ball handler earlier so that you can take advantages of the corner shooter's exit action. If the helper defender anticipates the katana lob, there is no way he can cover the corner exit. I guess you are also saving the other counter which is using KD (after he takes the corner pin down) to set the manual pick and fade on top, right? LOL
Square I do for hop shots, wide open set shots. RS for all lay ups and dunks + dribble pull ups. Both like that is better because of trigger speed and animations
Appreciate all your vids, Sam. Just a small correction that your subs might be interested in. Players with P&R wing also have Fist 35 Flow available if that play is in the PB. After watching this video, I was abusing the cpu in myteam with this play using Jaylen Brown, Hayward and Beal.

I wish we could figure this out. It really hurts my style of play consider I rely on high I.Q. basketball to help me. I didn't see anywhere that we can assign/replace any three point plays.

Hey sam great guide! I copied all the passing settings you gave us previously, but when I try to do a give an go up top in this play my ball handler throws the pass to the corner resulting in a turnover. Am i doing something wrong?
Ah you are aiming with LS too much that forces you to skip the pass. If the man you want to katana / give and go with is really close to use just hold X with no pressure or direction on the LS. Simply holding X makes you pass to teammate closest to you
For the Katana lob option, if you still control Curry but use triangle to point to KD and send him to the rim for the lob, I think you might get the option to tap R1 and circle to read Klay's corner exit or double tap R1 to cancel the flush and run 15 PnR on top. The hard part for this option is the timing of pressing triangle to send KD for flush because it has to be after the top flare screen. Anyway, your flow + pace system is very versatile and you can add so many manual options on top of it!

Another Year of shitty 2K. The gameplay is worst than 2K17 and 18. The players motioning is ridiculously slow, it's even more difficult to shoot the ball and make shots due to even more specific release points, the crossups and dunks are not exciting, tbe interface is way too complicated to understand, and the shot meter is the worst I've seen. The idiots put the shot meter behind the players. I didn't even notice the shot meter when I first played because it was so small and hidden. I played one game of this shit and returned it and got NBA Live. NBA Live was expected to be the best it's ever been this year and it sure is. It plays way better than 2K19.
