I don't know if I'm overthinking... But Adam's last name is "Moonlit" which means "moonlight" or "moonshine." This could be a reference to light in the dark. On the other hand, Seth's last name is "Twiright" which, apart from being a play on words, symbolizes twilight. And what is twilight? The moment when the darkness of the night is swallowed up in the light of day. This fits pretty well with the lyrics at the beginning of the song, and the goals of each of them.
