This is amazing! Not enough people are talking about the genius of having Aeolus give breathe back to Ody and giving him wings on his sandals. I love this idea! I think it is more fitting than a jetpack. Bravo!
I love the interpretation of Odysseus standing on the ocean floor from opening the Wind Bag instead of launching himself with it. It's a great way to convey preventing him from drowning

Having Aeolus take a bigger role at the start was pleasant to see especially since their instruments was prominent at the start. Damn even Zeus was help fight against his brother by providing Odysseus with lightning. Also this is by far the best animatic you’ve made, even now you are improving so much, amazing job Britt!
Zeus and Poseidon seem to always be competing for who can be the biggest asshole. Both doing horrible things trying to prove who is fear most and who will rule best.
I love the twisted smile Ody has! It's not even a real smile, it's like a forced smirk that's stretched over his lips on that moment because it's insane! The situation he is in is insane! Because of what they have been turned into! A helpless God and a man turned monster!!! Bravo i love this!!!
Man, good thing Ody stopped over in Ashina to learn the Lightning reversal technique. I love Aeolus gives him the breath of life and the implied sort of help from Zeus (likely out of remorse for what he did to Athena, not that he'd ever say it), the whole affair has him tacitly backed by gods to justify him kicking the shit of Poseidon. The eyes were my favorite though, it seemed like he was trying to not go full monster and torture Poseidon just for kicks, and thus the moment he won he was still able to step back and go home to his family. Beautiful work!
The different parallels, the red eye showing Ody's switch from war hero to a hardened monster, the hair contrast to younger Odysseus versus the recent one, the smirk of pleasure on Odysseus' face as he marvels in the look of fear and tears in Poseidon's eyes when the god begs him to stop. There's also an implication that Odysseus isn't just talking about Poseidon when he mentions "You didn't stop when I begged you." I'm thinking he's referring to Zeus in Thunder Bringer, finally the last smirk he gives as he walks away from the humilated god who hunted him for years only to fall by his hands due to his own arrogance turning Ody into the very thing he taunted him with? Boss move! This was so beautifully chilling, the emotions, the setting, I loved it all!
Yoooo, I love how Ody used his sword's metal to lure the lightning into Poseiden like that!! That's very warrior of the mind, hehe. Love the rendition!
Gwendy (who did that last animatic on the livestream) stated on their media accounts that they and Jorge wanted to do gold ichor, but since the trident was gold it wasn’t showing up well. They even showed a screenshot of their Poseidon animatic with gold ichor and it honestly just looked like crappy mustard, which is why they and Jorge went with red. It’s an interesting tidbit!

And the FLASH BACKS??? Oh my word, those were beautiful! I have seen as many of these as I can, and this is by far my favorite! Amazing job, Ms. Britt!
I know I’m not the only one to comment about it but I loved how the ocean changed instead of JUST him being thrown in the sky AND You are the only one I’ve seen to actually note the ichor of the gods rather than making him bleed
I love this!!! The new look for Odysseus really works well for him. He was at war in Troy for 10 years, then on the run from Poseidon 10 more... he couldn't have been older than 40, here. All of the pain, hardship, and experiences he's had are visible in the way he's changed since way back then. 10 / 10.
Okay, but this has one of the CLEVEREST ways to get Wet Hades out of his water mecha! Using the metal of his sword to bait a lightning-bolt and using his super-speed to direct it to Poseidon?! WHAT!!!!!?????!!! That's so creative, love to see it!!!!!

I LOVE THAT AEOLUS CAME OUT OF THE BAG TO HELP ODY INSTEAD OF SCREWING HIM OVER THIS TIME!! And while I wish there had been eye stabbing, you've done such an AMAZING job at this that I don't care about that! Odysseus's eyes turning RED and the flashbacks were PERFECT!!! You are by far my favorite animator in this fandom and I LOVE YOU!!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
Beautiful. The flashbacks. The "blood" on his hands. Also the wind bag changing the sea around him instead of just yeeting him out of the ocean lol. Love it
Wow, this is just stunning. Love the idea of golden godly blood, and also how Poseidon tries crawling away. For sure the coolest 600 strike animation I've seen so far.
You have easily my favorite section from any animatic (I've watched too many) for Odysseus stabbing Poseidon. The flashbacks are so good. The way Poseidon rolls over and crawls away while Odysseus keeps stabbing him, the suffering a means to an end, enacted with both vengeance and an uncaring brutality. The cut right before the throat stab and the wound it leaves behind. Simply amazing.
this was amazing!!! I adore your Ody & Poseidon designs so much! those flashbacks during the end of the song incorporated with the lyrics was GENIUS and heart-wrenching! beautiful work as always!!

Okay, I actually loved that Aeolus was specifically shown to help him with the bag at the beginning.
It's also honestly really funny because in some myths, Aeolus is one of Poseidon's children. Not in the Odyssey, of course, but, still.
Aeolus helping Odysseus is Genius! Especially with her Motif in the beginning!
I never thought of the interpretation of Aeolus herself coming out of the bag, but I love it! also I love how Odysseus switches from sad to manic
Auelos said "Kick his as baby, I'll hold the bag."
posidion:you cant kill me
odesseus:no... but i can make you wish i could
