Kikil is very healthy for the skin because it contains a lot of collagen
And for the bone as well, it contains lots of calcium I guess?
I dont like it, especially chewing kikil😢, its really hard 😅

Kikil is one of my favorites (it wasn't before) because I tried them from a padang restaurant that cooked them really well, made them soft so they weren't too chewy and the soup that came with them made the taste even better. So I think it really depends on how you cook the tendons. I agree about chicken feet, though. It's so pointless and difficult to consume, except that I love Keripik ceker from Surabaya? Completely edible.

Seblak terbagi dua ada eblak ceker dan ada seblak biasa tanpa ceker.
For next time, I recommend them to eat:
1. Kerupuk melarat
2. Cimol
3. Cilok
4. Nasi tutug oncom
5. Rujak boni kuah pindang
6. Cilor
7. Nasi Iso Sapi Padang
8. Pepes jeroan ikan
9. Kerak telor Betawi
10. Gule kambing solo

Kikil (cow's skin) and chicken's feet actually are really good for skin fot its collagen. If you deep fry kikil tobe dorogdog, it will taste better even more addictive
In India an Indonesian has to move to buffalo skin to avoid killing cow which is made HARAM there and to avoid hurting people's feeling.

4:39 Actually that's true, we sundanese prefer to eat chicken than any other meat as a source of our protein. That's why whe have many food based on chicken. And ofc we don't have any sausage (tradition) so we don't know how to processing the left over.

I'm sundanese from bandung, born and raised. Seblak originated from my city, it is popular here but we considered seblak as a newlyfound streetfood or snack/lightmeal which has a sudden trend on the street vendors. If you ask people here, 25-30 years ago Seblak almost didn't exist, no one sells them no one makes them, our grandparents don't even know what seblak is. I'm not sure if seblak should be called a signature or our traditional dish.... it's just a new street food trend that started like probably 10-15 years ago. just saying that seblak is not "up there" as the other traditional Indonesian cuisine. Another sample of "newlyfound dish" is Jasuke, telur gulung, singkong keju, etc...it's a new thing, innovations from street vendors mostly, it's not our "traditional dish". Compare to Rendang, Gado-gado, Nasi Goreng, Papeda, Sate, which is way more authentic Indonesian dish and been there for hundreds if not thousands of years.
The content will be more interesting, if the guest doesn't like the food then you explain the benefits of the food and see if the guest still doesn't like it after knowing the benefits of the food
