  • After a windy night at Pendeen I woke up to a beautiful morning. This walk takes in many landmarks, Levant and Botallack mine, Cape Cornwall, Sennen Cove, Lands End and The Minack Theatre. It also felt like a significant milestone in my journey as it sees me complete the North coast and start my return along the South coast.

Absolutely great, as usual. You have a flair for catching the essence of the SWCP and it brings back great memories of my own forays on it. Good luck with the Wedding and look forward to your next set of walks.

Cheers Johnny. If you fancy a little walk I would recommend the coast path. It’s a great escape for a few days.

Completed this section this weekend. Was hot and fluid management was the name of the game. Really enjoyable section. Land's End does feel like a milestone even if not halfway yet. Thanks for the video - always essential preparation for my walks to know what to expect ahead of me. Cheers

I can imagine how hard it must have been in the heat we’ve had this wk end John. It’s a great section and I bet those coves looked amazing.

I try to find a balance between chat and scenic shots. I don’t always get it right but thankfully I still have about another 20 odd videos to try and perfect it 🤣

@@pilgrimpaul7798 I am actually rewatching your Penzance to Portleven video now as I am doing Penzance to Falmouth next month. Doing it over five days as doing Lizard to Porthallow over two shorter days staying in the Coverack YHA in a bell tent on the way :) When do you hope to hit the path again ?

This is an amazingly beautiful area, and the path is relatively moderate and a joy to walk (at least in weather like this). It reminded me of my own walks in 2019, but we split it in two and stayed overnight in Sennen 😊. I loved to watch it. Thank you 😊👍🏻

As you say Torunn, this was fairly easy walking with high rewards.

Great video Paul. I also stayed in Treen- but the pub was closed when I got there!!! Where’s your drone gone? Did you forget to pack it? 🤗

Ah you’ll have to go back then! I took my drone but the first couple days (Newquay to Portreath) were too windy or raining, I flew it on day 3 around Hayle but after that most of the areas are no fly zones due to Lands’ End airport.

@@pilgrimpaul7798 ahhhh, that’s why. We love the drone footage. You’ve certainly mastered it. 👍

@@garywood79 thank you. I like the different perspective it offers. I was flying the drone at Hayle when the dog weed on my bag 🤣
