This is how the 2𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝘀𝘁 Hollow Zero in Zenless Zone Zero looks like (FULL GAMEPLAY)

- They have changed many things about Hollow Zero, and this one is from Zone 1 - Old Capital Metro. This Hollow Zero is the first level 45 that opens when you reach level 35 Inter-Knot (Account Level).
Frankly speaking, even though the time you spend on TV or Hollow Exploration still takes most of the time, they have improved so much from the previous beta. They added more mechanics that allow you to get more buff/debuff so you can't just walk into one hollow mindlessly.
The change that I like a lot is that the floor bosses are now more aggressive and they can spawn Elite and small minions as well so the combat difficulty directly increased.
The team consists of Von Lycaon, Corin Wickes, and Soukaku level 40. I still haven't managed to get Ellen Joe, sadly.

So if you notice audio delay at the start of the combat, it wasn't from the editing or came from me. It's bug from the game and I reported it as a feedback since this is a beta test.
The game will release around first week of July, hopefully the game will have no issues anymore by the time. Also feel free to skip the TVs part and get to the combat, though the TVs showed how I obtained the buffs, as audience I would probably go straight for the combat as well lmao

Hardmode literally feels like normal mode for me
Because its normal mode, this game is way too easy compared to other games.
It's the 'they finally fight back' mode
My main problem with this game I feel there are few enemies who do anything ever, the rest are just glorified punching bags with an occasional red flash. The last boss here is the first enemy i see actually attacking with fairly engaging patterns, and using between the freeze and stance break you are still able to immobilize him for most of the fight.
Maybe i'm doomposting, i wonder what's your take on this
I agree. The game appears to be designed for casual players with interest in parry and dodge mechanics, which explains why they may be reluctant to raise the difficulty level. However, the enemies are so much improved than in the last beta, so I have hope. In fact, in the new mode 'Shiyu Defense', features much more difficult enemies in the later stages. I plan to experience the highest level of Hollow Zero to see if it lives up to the potential of Shiyu Defense or if it will be just a basic difficulty increase like higher HP and damage.
i have been playing through the beta and agree its definitely for casuals BUT there is a hard mode and ive been playing on that hard mode and it still feels SUPER casual and thats where my problem is the hard mode should actually be a fun challenge but it still just feels wayyy too easy
@@ilis_roa At 25:56 I can tell that you've grasped the games combat mechanics and idk if this makes sense for you, but for me in this scenario, my brain would be running on auto pilot fishing for parries and such. To elaborate, what I worry about the most for this game is that the skill ceiling isn't going to be that high unless they have even harder bosses planned for the future.

@@TheIncarnus they currently have harder boss right now. a boss that 90% of the time can't be parried, this boss appeared in the previous beta but the mechanics changed. But still, I agree on part where the skill ceiling isn't going to be high.

Do you think the combat is too easy from your experience?
The problem with the enemies on previous beta is that the enemy's attacks are so predictable because of the yellow/red flash, so yes it was easy. But now there are attacks (especially on bosses) that completely go without flash so you have to observe the timing of their attack, in addition, the bosses now have aggressive elite mobs and even small mobs to back them up, making the combat more intense. They are trying to fix the problem from the previous beta, so I think it's a good sign that they are responding to feedback and improving the game to be more fun

Some of the enemies attacks don't have flashes and would require you to observe

Did the enemies always use telegraph atk with the flash??
Some enemies and boss have specific mechanic that you have to manually deal with, like Hollow Zero 5000 boss

Nah, the bosses are too passive.
Also the bosses easily got stunned/knocked down, while the player is not 😅

After ch1 they decrease a number of tv in story mode, and now they appear in only story quest exploration mode and hollow zero ,they even add more combat commission on this cbt so im looking foward to it

There is difference when a boss is a bullet sponge and when the boss is an actual "boss"
