Sorry it's so short but doing every hour version is nearly impossible as mayority of events don't have mentioned hour, especially those happening in villages. This is preview to video about whole ww2 in Yugoslavia that takes so much time to research
There are sources describing hours for more important places like Pirot, Skoplje, Zagreb, Nis, Vranje and more but everything around have mostly only mentioned day when fell
Excellent video! I just have to ask you did you forget about the Hungarian annexation of North Transylvania, since there are no lands controlled by Hungary in upper-right corner?
Yugoslav army managed to defend itself at beginning of the war in rough mountainous terrain but germans quickly made a breakthrough due to couple of factors
If the British had not subsidized and bribed Yugoslav officers, there would not have been 1.1-1.8 million victims and the bombing of the national library. Sometimes silence is a better choice. Great video!
@@Polserb This happened because of several things. Examples of this are: The Yugoslav army quickly, over the course of almost a month, lost all of its troops, and the rest went among the Chetniks, or prisoners. In the course of this, the Independent Croatian State is being created, which is doing unimaginable things to Roma, Serbs and communists. From all this came two liberation movements; Chetniks and Partisans, who fight against the Germans, but also among themselves. And if this situation is already excessively bad, the Germans introduce the law of '88, according to which 100 Serbs are killed for every German killed, and 50 Serbs are killed for one wounded. This war left one nasty path for all Yugoslavs, first communism, and the destruction of brotherhood among these nations, and later on, a full-on civil war.
@@zypher1421 I know, big part of yugoslav army wasn't even prepared properly and mayority of army has been imprisoned. You can even find ,,Jugoslovenska armija u zarobljenistvu" section. Not to mention that NOR is one big hunger games filled with betrayal suffering and hate
It didn't have that big demands like Hungary and Bulgaria and it was cautious about Banat which was part of German(Volksdeutsche) and Hungarian interests
@@Polserb Interesting , I read somewhere antonescu was curious about banat after the war , I just thought it was strange how he was ok with taking Ukrainian land with virtually no Romanians in it as compensation for losing northern Transylvania and southern Dobruja but never pressed claims on Timok which was full of Vlachs

Yeah I get not being able to find hourly intervals. This video is still very detailed and covers it better than any other on this subject

I didn't, it's just beyond the map on the north so it's invisible. Altrough thank you for comment
Unbeleivable that Italy managed to lose ground during this operation

Yes, in Macedonia
