I love it. I currently drive an electric Megane and am considering switching to a hybrid later this year. I love Renaults styling and driving experience which I haven't seen in any other vehicles to date. Can't wait to see one test drove.
Why not try the new Scenic then? Surely that is the logical step from your Megane E-Tech and not going backwards by getting whatever this is. This would be a big step down from your Megane with its Clio dash and small touchscreen.
@@sharonec5419 I am exploring several options to be honest. Yes, I love the dashboard on the Megane and it'd be hard to find a car that is as good. I am though concerned about the depreciation which is terrible at the moment. Thus unsure whether to stick with EVs, after seven years of driving them, or cut my losses and get a hybrid?
@@robertmcbride1859I completely understand your point of view. As a diesel driver, I'm still confused as to which way to go when I change next year.....😊
Surely this is just a rebadged Nissan Quashqai with ePower as standard? If it comes with a decent spec for £30k that would undercut Nissan by about £6k so could be interesting.
I just don’t understand why Renault keeps putting all of their controls into a touchscreen and then makes it portrait style when Apple CarPlay and AndroidAuto are both landscape oriented. It just makes basic tasks very difficult and I don’t care what a car is styled like when driving it becomes complicated and unsafe.
My wife has a new Clio (Alpine version) with similar portrait style centre screen. When using SatNav it is much better in portrait than landscape. Actually you don't need to use the touchscreen hardly at all. Most important controls are physical (climate control, EV switch, heated seats, etc, etc) and you have voice control as well. I certainly want to test drive the Symbioz when it launches in July. The flexibility reminds me of the old-style (ICE) Scenics.
Renaults have plenty of keys to press for most functions so not on the screen plus, the steering wheel can also control plenty of functions and is programmable. As you clearly don’t own a Renault you wouldn’t know that or the fact that the centre dash screen is landscape and everything can also be displayed on that plus, the head display that also can display most thing too. By the way, CarPlay isn’t landscape oriented it’s more like the old 4.3 square tv screens. On a landscape screen it just occupies a box in the centre of the screen.
it calls SIM -BI-OZ

Nice looking car and colour
Espace is pronounced ess- pas . I get why you pronounced it e space though given all the ev's on the market.
Sim-Bi-Oz, not Sim-Boyss, please! These things matter.
Do you not mean sym bi oz as per renault spelling instead of sym boys as you said/?? Your utube caption is wrongly spelled!
Yeah… I think her dyslexia got the best of her. It’s Simbioz (bio like biology), but lets face it, it’s a horrible name.
It’s spelt correctly in the title. I think my pronunciation is better 😂😂😄
I'm very tempted! For me, the Captur is too small and the Austral is too big so this will be perfect!
We will make sure to share a full review as soon as it arrives!
I thought is was pronounced Sym-bi-oz, as in the word "symbiotic"?
C'mon people, what's with the critique about her pronunciation? It's a review of a car, say it how you like !
I expect bigger SUV or anything bigger than 4:85m... Grand Koleos maybe? I do not like small cars.
Is this replacing arkana?
And isn't it Captur ("Cap-ter")not capture?
Honestly as a girl with Dyslexia.... Renault is a mine field! I'll learn how to pronounce the names before they arrive!!
@@johnbanksreviews Probably the best idea, my son has dyslexia and thats exactly what he does

The “SYMBOYZ” Won’t sell like the espace or Scenic

loads of cars use portrait screens and have apple carplay!
@@ALFOONUS A few, not “loads”. They all fail at it and those that hide all the controls in it are even worse.

"SYMBOIZ"????
Beautiful makeup and painted eyebrows... British women know how to stun...
Can someone teach her how to pronounce a car she clearly knows nothing about?
