Hi there! The CRM itself is not an email marketing or SMS marketing tool, so you can't email or SMS directly from the CRM. However, we do offer an integration with Mailchimp for email marketing, and that integration does center on groups -- you'd connect a group in your CRM to a list in Mailchimp directly to keep the two in sync. You can also copy all of the email addresses in a group at once if you want to paste them into a spreadsheet to move into another email marketing tool, or paste directly into an email marketing tool or a tool like GMass, for example. For SMS, you'd need to use a separate platform than that, unfortunately. There are a few third-party phone/SMS tools that integrate with LACRM, or again, you could export your group and import those phone numbers into an SMS marketing platform. Can you email multiple leads in a group? Ex: if we wanted to send a newsletter to all members of a specific group? And is there a mass texting option?
