AMCI BMC 2023 Training Climb 4: Mt. Tapulao and almost Mt. Sawtooth

The first time I climbed Mt. Tapulao was in 2005. It took 18 years before I would return. The long gap shows that I was neither impressed nor fascinated by the trail. So the challenge for this training climb was how to make it unique, attractive, and stretched over 3 days. So the climb team introduced the AMCI Campsite and the view to Mt. Sawtooth. Until today, no other group has been able to do this, and that alone was reason enough for me to join. I’m also privileged to have served as GL to fledgling mountaineers who I’m sure will become upstanding outdoorspersons in the future. Tatak AMCI #NotAJoiner #IndependentClimb

Salamat. I have a few cameras in my arsenal and it really depends on the situation. For hiking, I usually use my DJI Osmo Pocket 2. For this particular climb, ginamit ko Insta360 Go 3, Pocket 2, and my iPhone. Walang external mic kasi nga hassle dalhin sa bundok lalo na kung maulan.
