I wear burqa but without veil and a plain jane but I wear kohl because I have paranoia that my eyes look ill, sickly and sleepy (usually my husband cusses my eyes saying they are small and my husband is very mashallah handsome religious man, and women have offered marriage to him before). When I wear it, no one notices I am wearing anything as I do not wear any other makeup. I usually never get any man staring at me as I said I am plane jane, average and I look strict I assume. To be completely honest from what I’ve learnt from this lecture if you know about Islam and do nothing about it and carry on living life it makes you a bad non believer your Gunna be in hell forever it’s really unfair if your trying to be a good person and and it’s not good enough
Firstly, this is an emotional argument, the only one that is unfair is the one who actually knows and then rejects or refuses to believe because it is an injustice against himself. To really understand this, I like to go back to the basics. You see God created us, humans, this implies ownership and mastery, when you create something, that thing becomes subject to your will and when something is subject to your will then there cannot be injustice or unfairness. For example, even if God is to put us the believers (Muslims) in hell (may Allah protect us from it), it still won't be an injustice because he owns us and when you own something, you can do whatever you want to that thing without being accountable to anyone. If I was to smash my car intentionally, nobody will hold me accountable or say I was unjust to the car because it is MY car which means I can do whatever I want to it. So the reality is that even if you don't follow God, it still wouldn't change the fact that you are his creation and subject to his will, this is why we Muslims believe that getting into Paradise is not by our good deeds alone but it is ultimately out of God's mercy. It mean the muslim who commot murder might be ended up in jahannam but after finishing the sentence Allah will take them out because the muslim still have iman in Allah during their lifetime.

No what he said was that, those with imaan will not enter jahannam through the Gates of jahannam, because it's said in the Quran that those who enter jahannam through the Gates of jahannam will remain therein forever. so it doesn't contradicts, they can enter jahannam, but not through the gates of jahannam. Pls listen to the lectures again. May Allah Grant us understanding
