There is a major need for more entry points into the city. There are 3 main entry points currently into the city coming off of the East bank. there are Mandela avenue, cemetery road and LA penitance. These are not enough. You should make Tucan street a 4 lane to drain mandela into the city from Eccle road then make princess street a 4 lane right down to high street this would help .
One other thing can the government place a little more emphasis on old age citizens who require institutional care that cannot be cared for at home any longer by their relatives who I guess attempt to offer home care. so essentually offering facilities that can care for the seniors to live out their lives in professional care. I think this would be a good look for government.
