Your tutorials are really helpful thanks. In Distillation Column im having trouble understanding hydraulic plots and the relation with the geometry design parameters. For what i can see it tells me when the column will flood i try changing the feed molar flow and the distillate rate to prevent flooding but it still occurs at the 1st stage ,does hysys have tools for flooding?
there is no logic in deviding the reboiler pressure by 10 to get the condenser pressure while you multiplied the feed pressure by 2 and not 5 to get the reboiler pressure
