4:57 Confusing Motion with Progress - such a key point! Definitely going into my evergreen notes with this one Carl. Thanks for posting and keep it up!

Indeed. A bad habit we need to change.

I love the idea of "what is the shortest route to get there"

Really liked the part "Where do you want to be by the end of the week?"
I have a hard time planning ahead, so that helps keep things loose, but also gives me some direction to shoot for

This is great, Carl, thank you! Your Time Sector course really helped me re overwhelm and dealing with my myriad of tasks and ideas. But I let circumstance derail me from that.
This is a great injection to get me to get back with the Programme! 💪🌻

Carl, overwhelm and over commitment is definitely something I struggle. If I am not running at 105% I feel I am being lazy.
One thing that occurred to me with, have you ever thought of providing some of these forms in Evernote format rather than PDF? I have downloaded some of these forms to review, but as I was adding the PDF files to my Evernote import folder I had that thought? Just an idea!

NOTE TO ALL - I just opened the link Carl provided for the 2+8 Worksheet. I found a lot of valuable Planning & Learning resources Carl is offering for free. You should definitely check these out - www.carlpullein.com/downloads. I'm sure you will find something that will help you out!
