Enjoying your journey very much. Great trip I used to ride from Northern Malaysia into Southern Thailand and back ( up to Hua Hin). 70km to 80km daily and full rest day every 3 days. I would recommend u start riding a bit earlier say just before sunrise, just to get out of the tropical heat here and sometimes thunderstorms/rain. I would take a less travelled, less busy route if I can.

When you take a day of rest there is a surge of energy that will last for 3 to 4 days of cycling.

ประเทศไทยเรามีฤดูฝนประมาณเดือนพฤษภาคมถึงเดือนกันยายน ฝนไทยแลนด์ไม่ได้ตกมั่วซั่วเหมือนฝนในประเทศทวีปยุโรป😂😂😂
Go directly to China for cycling instead of cycling to China.

ขี่จักรยานเมืองไทยโอเคขี้ฝุ่นหน้าร้อนและแห้งแต่ถ้าไปลาวถนนไม่ดีแน่อย่าไปเลยอันตรายเพราะรถ ถนนก็แคบแล้วก็ของก็แพงแถมถนนก็ไม่ดีเป็นดินขี้ฝุ่นมากอันตรายคิดว่าไปถึงลาวแล้วต้องนั่งรถอย่างเดียวเท่านั้นถึงจะไม่อันตราย เป็นกำลังใจให้สู้ๆคิดว่าทำได้อยู่แล้ว❤❤❤
