The name of our community changes in time to time, that's why in history it is not found completely. Our community was known as kirat kirati i dapor satya yug.
KIRAT means deva di dev mahadev, kirti means ancestors of mahadev. In koli yug comes named us as kachari. And at last britishers named as bodo( Bh. Hodgson) in1847. When our community name was kirat kirti at that time our rule was from nepal to Bangladesh.

@@anujbucket The King of Tripura supported Pandavas during the Kurukshetra war hence after the war Yudhishthira gifted the king with a beautiful throne which is still present inside a museum but there was a ritual to sit on the throne whenever a new king was announced he had to step on Lord Narayana before sitting on that throne and if a king doesn't follows that ritual the entire royal family would have been doomed the last king of Tripura didn't agreed to follow that ritual and felt uncomfortable stepping on god to sit on the throne hence slowly the entire royal family lost all it's power over the state.

Before Making this kind of video. Plse do research about it .. you hve mentioned wrong information here . MAHARAJA BIR BIKRAM MANIKIYA. His wife Maharani Kanchanprabha Devi is the one who merge Tripura with india. Its is not simple thing to say that prince kirit bikram want to be a king. That false information for becoming a king those days the prince have to be 18 years above but our prince is to young to rule his kingdom so our Queen Kanchanprabha Devi she merge with india in 1948. In the last part of the it is mention that MAHARAJA Bir Bikram wife was death and he so sad that he will leave his throne. then who is queen Kanchanprabha devi? Dnt simply pour the unwanted fact.

Sir, I would like to rectify few of the historical facts that ur guide told u.
1. Tripura was a princely state from the beginning . It wasn't a part of India at the time of independence . Aftr the death of Maharaja Birbikram kishore manikya, Maharani Kanchan prabha Devi signed the merger agreement with the Govt. Of India on 9th sept 1949.
2. Years ago King Yudhishthir of Mahabharata gifted a Royal Throne to the 47th King of Tripura Maharaj Trilochana, it's fully made of ivory. Now, u can figure by urself whose side did the king of Tripura fight for during the time of Mahabharat.
3.There is a ghat named after him at varanasi where he went for pilgrimage, Maharaj Trilochana ghat.
U can look it up and verify the information urself.
