Inanna, Ishtar, Astarte, Aphrodite, Venus. Her descent into the underworld could be the mythological interpretation of the Morning Star, aka Venus, descending beneath the horizon, and later appearing in the sky again as the Evening Star.

Interesting initiation. My Isis initation was underground and in the Heavens, but I think it must be Ishtar testing me now. My life for the past 3 years sounds like Her initiation. I haven't worked with Ishtar (Innana, Astarte) before, so this will be interesting. The other GodDesses that have initiated me ( Isis, Sophia, Kali & Sekmet) are with me always, but I've also worked with Mau Baste (helps bring kitties home safely) quite a bit too, but she hasn't initiated me.
I don't really consider Lilith a GodDess, more like a sister.

Sumerian and Nordic gods had nothing to do with each other, as the Nordic and earlier Germanic pantheon was derived from Proto-Indo-European religion, and Sumerians had nothing in common with that group, no interaction whatsoever. You are basically writing your own mythological fanfiction, which is fine, but dont present it as facts.

These goddesses represented the stars. Astromony. Science. The ancient almanac. We can grow crops and set our cycles. Thats it. To worship them you are worshiping creation. Not the creator.
