Mike was great in the studio because he had insight into Dales racing career and life. Things Dale had even forgotten about. Stories we would have never heard if he wasn't there in the studio.
He personally knew many of the guests as well, and he could expand on the conversation with his years of experience in Nascar.
he interrupted the guests way too much to often ask questions that didn't matter. In a general chat like this episode, he would be great. But when its Dale and a guest, Mike often just messed up the conversation.
@@jesuschristislord6790 Absolutely! Mike was great with JR, but he would ruin the flow of the interview and ask questions that were already answered.
So many of you complained about Mike last year, which hurt my heart and now you miss him! Learn to appreciate people! I miss Mike too!
Exactly glad someone else said it. They constantly hated on Mike and he's a great co host imo
He took on more responsibility, he didn’t leave because of people lambasting him. His duties do not allow him to make time for the show.
I dont miss mike a bit! The show goes way smoother without Mike butting into every story, like he was supposedly there!!! Sure hes been with JR since like 2004, but any stories before that, he needs to shut up!!!!

I liked it better when Mike was there, he brought insight I thought. People complained about him, hope that wasn’t the reason the change was made. Maybe I’m resistant to change though, a failure we have as humans….
I missed TJ when he left and I wasn't sure if I would keep watching because I didn't like Mike as the cohost as much. It took a while, but I got used to Mike and kinda preferred him at a certain point. I'm sure that's what's going to happen again. It will take some getting used to but the show will still be great.
I think we need to see Mike back because he has older kids which helps with the stories, he can banter a bit and can remember things that adds to the stories - need that additional connection
Yup it’s rough been living in England last 2 years and have to watch on races mondays most the time.
So can’t get on social media mondays until after I finish the race! No spoilers!
Dale you have an electric current running through your copper piping that is why it is breaking down, it’s called electrolysis, it’s likely from your hot water heater you need to put in a dielectric union
Too funny, I watched my six year old niece's soccer games many times... lol pretty good description Dale. My neice played because her best friend wanted to play... she was not at all in her element, she preferred ballet indoors with air conditioning... I took a few good photos which only occured while she stood within the same 10 foot circle on the field, swaying towards the ball when it came somewhere near, when it crossed in between her and the camera lens I snapped photos which made her appear to know how to play... she is now in law school, never played soccer again, but has photos of her appearing to be a master of the game... lol

I don't mind the change personally but I noticed it immediately. I think Dale needs someone but I don't know who? But maybe Dale needs time to figure it out. I trust the process. Great content always.

There’s an element that Mike brought that’s missing and the studio change doesn’t have that same feeling. It’s natural for us all to resist change and I think we’re all just adjusting to those changes.

Dale so I took my son and taught him how to score playing soccer and they kicked me out of the league if your not going to win son their is no participation ribbons here. I was booed off of side lines because he scored. 5 yrs later front page of local paper for winning 28 of 32 races in world Karting association.
