I worry for mitski. I cant help but relate to her songs, and personal details I will not input. But that would mean what I'm currently going through, mitski is, too.
What these songs mean ( in my opinion ) Nobody - Feeling super lonely and being frustrated by not having people around you and so you have a mental breakdown because of it, and wishing that there is someone there with you to give you affection and happiness. Francis Forever - Doing the best you can to entertain the people around you but failing and being left behind by the people who you love and getting used to the fact that they're gone and blaming yourself for not being better. Me and My Husband - Toxic, Ab*sive and Forced Relationship. You are forced to act like everything's okay because you are scared to disappoint the people around you telling you that this relationship is good for you. You blame yourself for getting into this situation and want to leave this person who you are not happy to be with but you can't. Washing Machine Heart - Your brain tells you to keep going but your body tells you to stop but you don't know who to listen to, You are so tired and physically and mentally drained. You get compared to other people who are stronger than you and can endure your pain, You try your best to be like them, but you can't do it anymore. I Bet On Losing Dogs - Losing everyone who you love in your life and fall into an extremely lonely and miserable state. Kinda like the meaning of "nobody" Pink In The Night - You are physically attractive and fit the beauty standards but you find yourself incapable to love or feel attraction. Lonesome Love - One sided love. You love your partner dearly and will do anything to make them happy but they don't feel the same way. They are annoyed by you being so kind to them but you don't mind because you are madly inlove with them and adore them. Last Words of a Shooting Stars - You have an extreme fear of being forgotten by those who you love and spend time with them a lot so that they don't forget you.
