Fun fact: I quit piano 3 or 4 years ago but watching La La land and hearing Sebastian and Mia’s theme somewhat inspired me. Also for the fact Ryan Gosling just learned this and didn’t even need a stunt double to help inspired me and this was the first song I played in 4 years. I practiced really hard and achieved my goal and it made me realize I want to start learning again.
I love how in mia & seb's theme, there's a part for each person. The higher notes represent mia and the lower ones represent seb. But in epilogue, only the lower notes are played. And after a period of bittersweet memories, seb returns to the present, being bitter all over again. They both got what they want except each other. Damn i love this

I'm impressed by how little of this uses common meter. And even then, it's not like you simply used 3/4 and 6/4, which are common enough alternatives. This actually goes through stuff like 9/8 and 27/16, and switches meters very frequently. In a world where almost all pop music is in 4/4, that's incredibly impressive.
Oh my god. It's the best arrangement since I've seen the movie. This gave me goose bumps all over my body. Every part of the song reminded me of the exact part of the movie. This is truly amazing. I wish i could play like you do. Just bravo 🙏

I am so jealous and grateful at the same time. Wow! I just bought myself a Kawai KDP120 in order to learn to play the instrument by myself. It is so challenging coordinating both hands and in addition to that reading notes is a pain in the butt for a beginner like me. I’m not giving up by any stretch of the imagination though. I hope I’ll be able to play this piece one day. Might take me 10 years or 15 or 20. IT.DOES.NOT.MATTER.
THAT WAS UNBELIEVABLE SO AMAZING! I’m a huge fan of the movie and am very familiar with the songs. You nailed every bit of it! Massively impressive with the trumpet’s high note at around 4:00. On point!!
So sorry for your loss. It would be very, very difficult to learn this piece without previous experience with piano. However, Ryan Gosling was able to learn parts of these songs for the movie without having a background in piano. He practiced 3 hours a day for 3 months. So it’s definitely possible with dedication.
Young Pablo there are tons of arrangements that are not so crazy difficult that still sound special. So I would go for that. But in any case, sorry you lost your love. May you find joy and comfort remembering her.
I've been playing piano for over 15 years and this would take me months to be able to play fully. Months of practicing regularly. (I have the burden of a very strong musical ear, so sight reading and the time signatures would be difficult for me.) There are a lot of very complex musical parts in here.
This is honestly amazing, you're a really superb musician. The arrangement is so neat and beautiful, you can tell the passion you have for music in both your performance and your arranging. I legit love your musicality in playing, if I never master this piece I could still listen to you playing all day cause you aren't playing notes you really are playing music and there aren't a lot of people, that I have seen that do that. And to add to that what you have done visually is amazing too, makes it so easy for me to follow where in the music it plays which part when I can't picture the sound. Thank you very much! :)
Beautiful arrangement. Printed off the sheet music about a week ago and loving every second of it :) Thank you so much for this. I stopped playing when I was 15 and now I am 36 and so happy to say I am back to practicing. Little rusty of course! It is so wonderful to be playing again. Yay!
The type of piano you use as well as the tuning really fits the movie itself. I can imagine the scenes in the movie as I listen to this. Ive always liked your movie medleys!

This is incredible! I admire your hard work, time, and dedication put into this. As a fellow pianist this inspires me so much to keep on playing.
AMAZING AS ALWAYS!
Omg I just started learning the piano watching you play la la land was like I died and went to heaven..breathtaking....
How lucky is your partner whoever he or she maybe that they can touch a piece of heaven everyday. You are a gift to this world.
I am still listening to it everyday while I am studying and doing my homework. Thank you so much for this arrangement! Love it so much!

You're so fucking brilliant, man. I'm a huge fan of this piece, and I can safely say that you've done justice to it.
I am absolutely blown away by your talent. I can’t find the right words to explain how incredibly amazing you are. We are blessed to have you in this world to grace us with your musical abilities. Keeping shining.
I've watched this video 5 times in the last hour. Thank you for the magic and the good looking.

Nice one m8
Me toooooooooo
Big girls don’t cry
On point!!
i screamed through out the entire video. this is absolutely stunning you are so talented wow
I still here... You have my respect and love for the first time i heard this incredible cover. Love and support...
can't help myself breaking the replay button 💛

this is amzing man, got no idea how could you done that flawlessly. Respect
I don't have an idea of how many times I've watched this video, I love It! (Nice new picture of the video). I hope one day play like you master!
I don't know how to play the piano. Could I possibly learn how to play this? My wife just died and i want to dedicate this to her.
(I have the burden of a very strong musical ear, so sight reading and the time signatures would be difficult for me.)
There are a lot of very complex musical parts in here.
Neville Longbottom there are good arrangements of this song that aren’t quite so beastly and still are lovely. Good luck!
I’m very sorry for your loss, may she Rest In Peace.
I'm sorry to be not good at English, but why does people keep putting ':)' thing at the end? I really want to know.
(Was my English good?)
Why do* people
It’s a smiley face bruh
Beautiful arrangement. Printed off the sheet music about a week ago and loving every second of it :) Thank you so much for this. I stopped playing when I was 15 and now I am 36 and so happy to say I am back to practicing. Little rusty of course! It is so wonderful to be playing again. Yay!
I love how much emotion one could feel when we listen to this masterpiece. My eyes are sweating!!! Thanks for that!
Very beautiful playing! Well done!👏I love this song and the movie! Thanks❤
If I can play piano this good, I'll never stop playing.
At 6:19 you'll discover that there are ninjas hiding in your room shredding copious amounts of onions.
Ya ik it's happened already
U r right. It happened to me.
Umm i found them at 0:00
The type of piano you use as well as the tuning really fits the movie itself. I can imagine the scenes in the movie as I listen to this. Ive always liked your movie medleys!
This gives me unnatural levels of happiness. Did not enjoy the film but love the music. This is great.
