Those "intrusive thoughts" are good! You should be thinking about all of those things, it's what keeps you safe! After tons of long runout choss routes you'll start to get better and better at determining whether or not the rocks are solid, the gear is good, and other things like that - you just need the practice to develop confidence in your ability to judge those things! Same as with everything else in life.
Plus, you're a phenomenal climber, better than most will ever be (myself included), so your confidence in your ability to not fall when it counts I'm sure definitely helps.

Meh intrusive thoughts arent that good. Arno Ilgner (the goat imo) say they serve no benefit and are a detriment to your performance ie they are a power leak. I also agree they are a power leak. Before moving past your bolt, pro, or making a scary move. You should already ran through a brief mental check list.
      Is it safe
      Is it possible
      What is the fall potential
Where is my next piece of pro
We shouldnt be nebulous in our climbing. Climbing is a very serious and dangerous sport you need to acknowledge risk accept them then commit to the performance! Stay safe out there.

beautiful! If you do a few more alpine climbs you'll get used to the protection and the void and you'll really enjoy it, especially on the lower grades where you don't need to stress about max climbing performance. Just make sure you know 100% what you're doing and that you know how to turn around and rappel down and save each other in case of emergency and you'll never stop! :)

The Rock Warrior Way by Arno Ilgner is a great place to start! It outlines a mental framework for you to process your decision making through. Allowing you to evaluate your next move and helping you deal with not just the intrusive thought but also all the downstream consequences. Hazel Finlay is a big fan of this process and even started her own company for this reason.

Awesome. I think those intrusive thoughts are just your mind trying to protect you from the very obvious dangers around you. But it's good you didn't let them overwhelm you and that you had fun!

it helps to manage the emotinal by adding as much pro as you can and pushing it up once in a while.

Looks like you've rendered voiceover track to left stereo channel. You can change track type to mono if it wasn't on purpose. Other than that - nice vlog, it's hard to keep everything in check when you're tired and time is running out.

Very interesting view of trad climbing! I hope you don't find it insulting, but it actually looks like a climb I could make.

no insulting, all good, the route is easy on purpose, to learn how to trad climb and get used to the heights)
