Sir, why Sri Aurobindo sees Divine as a mother and not as a father?

He saw both and we can have whatever relation we like with the Divine and are naturally inclined to. But in general the relation of spiritual motherhood is more intimate since as such our souls are born from the womb of Paraprakriti and turns to Her and recognises and responds to Her naturally. Especially for the transformation it is the action of the Divine Shakti (Divine Mother) on the lower nature or a Paraprakriti that transforms it. Divine as Father is a little more distant. Besides it is the Divine Mother who mediates between the Divine as Father and the child Soul struggling in Ignorance.
