1:6 Scale New York Apartment with loft

Hi my friends!
Here are the measurements for this build:
Floor:
30" wide 15 1/4" deep
Right side of building is 15" wide X 27 3/4" high
Left side is 15"" wide x 17" tall
Back side widow wall is 30 1/2" wide ( place your framed strucure on the large Pen+Gear tri-fold foam board from Walmart and trace along the outside so you get a perfect fit 😉
Slanted Roof : 15" wide x 32 1/2" long from left side to right side of building (doubled up foam board)
Loft: floor 14"x15"
Loft pony wall 9 1/4" wide X 4" tall
Pony wall top rail :
1" wide X 9 1/4 " long
Stairs: 2- Rails 1'x19" spaced 3" apart
steps: 1 1/2"x3" (11 steps)
Door: 4"x12" made from black card stock from Michael's craft in the scrapbooking section
Frame of door: is 5"x12" (1" frame pieces)
Windows are 8"x10" pictures frames from Dollar Tree ( trace on inside of frame to cut out window & remove metal tabs carefully ,glue glass to frame first then glue frame to stucture)
The picture frame window are placed 3 1/4" from the floor and 1/4" from the side walls. Put windows in after gluing entire stucture together. This will allow enough space for walls to meet.
Center windows and trace while stucture is placed on a large surface face up.
Recollections paper for loft floor and brick paper from Michaels Crafts
Foam board cork backing from Michaels Crafts 1/2 " thick
