The handle in the door business is something my friend's husband had to deal with a while back. He ended up using an idea from a forum. If my memory serves me right he screwed the handle to the metal part of the door. Bob is quite a dancer!! Thanks for the upload, Lulu! 😊🌻

Get in contact with someone from the van manufacturing people and ask what to do about the door handle, they might have the best solution. You might have to go through the metal frame because the plastic will eventually give way and pull the plastic and it will look pretty bad.
