that level of balance is something i can only hope to have, one of my legs is slightly longer than the other one, due to a spinal surgery now i have 2 steel rods bolted to my spine keeping it in place but it messed up my torso shape and different height shoulders (still worth it though, i don't want to be a hunchback) so yeah i just have to keep getting my balance better, very nice video!
Congratulations Mihaly for your high level of Aikido and thanks for the videos too, it's a big help in the development of this beautiful martial art, best regards from our dojo, Satu-Mare County , Romania🙂
Breathe in through nose when you raise up the sword and breathe out through mouth when you cut. Breathe in and out through your abdomen, not through your lungs.
Refreshing to see some proper suburi forms on youtube. Many vids I find are ranging from funny to ridiculous. Is this part of your regular Aikido training or did you practice with a sword school?
Excellent job and teachings! Learning is guaranteed! In the opportunity, I wish everyone here that Jesus, the Name above all names (Philippians 2), bless you, and may you feed from His Word and Salvation!
I've been training for a week and everytime I finish my hands tremble, arms hurt, a bit of the hands, but it's worth it
Well I wonder, what if you used weighted vest for this. Then your legs could hurt as well.
Thx to you now i can finally training like Demon Slayer🔥

How many time of repetition that ideally we should do for each session / movement ?
Thank you for the video. But I have a question. Are there any specific breathing techniques or is it just whatever feel comfortable?
Breathe in through nose when you raise up the sword and breathe out through mouth when you cut. Breathe in and out through your abdomen, not through your lungs.
Try Sun Breathing
