Real talk: a really good fight would be homelander vs Adam smasher, while smasher is far faster, they’re both in the same attack potency and durability range so honestly would be awesome

Homelander actually can win against Mark in season 1. Homelander has a screaming ability that disrupts Mark’s hearing. He can use his laser vision and other powers to kill Mark while he is down.
Homelander heat vision isn't powerful enough to kill Mark besides he has faced Way worse like taking blows from Omni Man battle beast Anissa & surviving
