    So, if I where to build one, I have a few questions.
    1. What wood and where did you get it?
    2. If I where to splatter paint on it, how would I prepare the wood?
    3. How did you get the exact dimensions of the stratocaster right?

      1. How to stain wood
      2. Woodcrafting skills have gone waaay up.
      And 3. By splattering paint I meant to flick acrylic on with a brush. Look up a guitar called a splatocaster and you'll see what I mean

    Very nice work!
    Impeccable! One thing though,
    You could have rolled the nut a little more as to not let it
    Bind into the hand! That would be my only observation. And yet easily corrected
    with just a little bit of rounding on the nut. But a Beautiful instrument I would be proud to own and
    play for a generation!

    @kmatax9237 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    First of all, great job! Keep making these videos!
    Couple questions, what are the pickups? Either i missed it or you didn't mention it?
    Main question, you have that nice neck heel and plate so why not match the neck carve to match the contours with that heel? It looks like the carve is meant for the square heel?
    One more question, after putting it together and setting it up, did you have to raise the bridge to float to match the neck angle? Did you have to shim the neck?
    I think these bridges are like floyds, did you match the fretboard radius to the bridge? Was it a 12" or something else?

    • @BaradaGuitars
      @BaradaGuitars  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you for you time,
      i did match the neck carving with the body carving you can see that closely on the footage, but yes at the beginningit was stander and then I changed it.
      And of course I matched the 12” radius with the tremolo radius.

    Gorgeous guitar! I have a question. Is there a specific reason you drill into the guitar AFTER you apply the finish as opposed to BEFORE? I'm no pro, but wouldn't drilling into a finished guitar increase the chances of cracking the finish on the guitar?

    • @BaradaGuitars

    Personal preference but I don’t like the pickup rings. Everything else though is great! A really nice build. But to really do this guitar justice you need to find someone who can play guitar to showcase it. I’ve recently got into guitar build videos and I’m noticing a trend that you builders aren’t good players for some reason.
