Sebastian is My Second Favorite Role Played By Thomas Doherty and Fifth Favorite Character on Legacies and Bad Guy By Billie Eilish was a Perfect Choice for a song. Sebastian/The Merciless is a Mixture of Damon Salvatore, Niklaus Mikaelson and Elijah Mikaelson.
