It's not «affecting» like it's a temporary thing. It has became a chronic plague, just like in the UK, Spain, Sweden (and other northen european countries), USA, Canada, etc...

      What is woke?

    • @migueruta
      @migueruta 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

@@turnerfamilyinozi It's a word with a megalomanous negative conotation/meaning in the social and political discurse, that the l3ft fasc!st f4n4t|cs used years ago to state that their delusions and brainless ideologies, are a waking up call to social justice and fairness among people - when in fact, pragmatically, it means dictating other people's lives: what they can do or not do, what they can say or not say, what they must choose or else, etc...
So, Common Sensed people started to use the word "w0k3" to categorize that ignorant, naive, stupid type of humans who have extreme and fundamentalist ideas - that we can compare pretty much to t3rr0r!sts.
And they do terrorize other people!
      There's no denying that we're living currently in a growing l3ft f4sc!st d!ct4t0rsh|p.
These w0k3 f4n4t|c activits, per ex: f3m!n|stz, lgvtdce's, 999 g3nd3rs, s3xual ambivalency, blms, stop oils, etc - keep on pushing/forcing their nonsense as truth - without any pertinent facts/arguments, into other people and their children, without the majority's consent.
      How is this possible?
      - The polititians make it possible, by adhering to those mental ideologies and spreading this social sickness.
Can you imagine a f3m!n|st w0m4n who just gave birth 3 months ago, stating proudly on tiktok that her baby boy is trans and his granparents don't know it yet?
And often, another example shared all over social media, of w0m3n posting statements that m3n should all be exterminated?
Or that, it's ok to take advantage of a man's feelings and finances and than reject him like a used diaper?
And another one, f3m|n!stx stating that current men must be judged & blamed for what past lat w0m3n had to go thru with the social restrictions they had lived in, during a different Era with a different Social Culture and (lack of) Laws, in previous centuries, i nthe Past of Mankind...
There's lots of examples, like promoting r4c!sm against modern "whites" to compensate current "blacks" for what their (supposed) ancestors slavery and social discrimination (black supremacy over whites); discrimination against native citizens to benefit a growing tsunami wave of immigrants flooding some countries; minorities supremacy over the majority; etc, etc.

It’s well documented in articles from reliable sources posted on the internet. A neighbor made the complaint and threatened a court case. I understand that this creek is seasonal and part of the Avon River Basin. But the fact remains that he did not apply for planning permission and he made a major change to this creek which included restricting the water flow which helps create the creek and the local environment and habitats it serves. I think it’s likely there are regulations on what you can do in a river catchment area. This appears to be a case of not asking permission and asking for forgiveness after you done what you wanted. Tony is learning there are consequences when you do what you please. That’s why applying for planning permission would have brought all the issues impacting his project to light and he wouldn’t be in this mess.

Hard to believe that an Australian real estate agent hadn’t heard of this Heritage act passed in 1972. Hard to believe that a real estate agent didn’t know that blocking a creek - in essence a dam to create his pond didn’t badly affect his neighbors downstream. All he had to do was put pipes under his crossing bridge to ensure that water could flow underneath. I’ve always understood that Australia is a dry country and water is valuable. Preventing water in the creek from flowing surely impacted the habitat along the creek. He surely knew to put in pipes so the water could continue flowing. I think he tried to pull a fast one and got caught. The interviewer’s remarks are racist.

looks like a causeway to me. pretty sure a pipe underneath is clearly visible during the entire interview. even if not, without a culvert the water would eventually flow over the top defeating its purpose, so i can guarantee its there.

I think what you are looking at is a pipe put in for the pond overflow. It’s not a four or six foot concrete bridge type that would let the creek flow unimpeded. He built a dam.

Fair enough, that he doesn't have the right to block a creek/river flow as it affects others. Why they told him it wasn't a permanently running creek is beyond me.

Apparently the crossing that was there for seventy years before Tony created his dam allowed for the water to continue flowing to his neighbors and didn’t impact them. All he had to do was put in a large pipe for his crossing bridge which would have permitted that to continue. But he wanted his pond and didn’t care about his neighbors.
