Please check
1 .print Label size you enter correct check printer setting if printer label problem you press continues button on printer check one paper is came or two paper is came , if two paper came than calibrate printer
2. How calibrate the TSC printer
turn on the power and now hold pause and continues button same time and power now wait for green light , calibration process different model separate process
there is two manger problem only i Think now you able solve the problem
