Time to make Apple Cider

Fall is upon us and it's time to make some hard apple cider. This year I'm tying a batch of Ginger Apple Cider. I make at least one batch every year for the past 7 or so years. The process is a lot of work but it is so rewarding.

It has been Cold and rainy for a while, I love apple time, I have two apple trees. Where did you get the crusher? I brewed beer and wine for many years. Thanks for sharing
