Y'all should buy a foot soaking tub/bucket so you don't have to keep running water and it would soften the calluses more efficiently.

You guys should get Josh a foot spa tub. It'll be easier to soak his feet in there. I have one & its the best thing I ever invested in ! They have good ones on Amazon for $60-$100 . The one I have heats up bubble & vibrate & makes it so easy for a pedi. It feels like HEAVENNNN ! Isi you should get one as well ! 💖💖 You're a real one!

Aaaaaah, love the self care routine. For the future, you should use a foot tub to soak in. Add a mixture of vinegar in warm water, and that dry skin would practically peel off. Your feet will look and feel like a new born babies bottom!!!
I was just gonna say this!!! They definitely could find a basic tub at the dollar store or they could get the actual foot soaker like you said but that was my instant thought too.
But for the vinegar does it matter what kind? I’d like to start doing these too.

Stay strong through your vegetarian journey Josh. I’m about 2 years into my journey which I went from pescatarian to now vegetarian/plant-based. I would say the hardest part is getting through convenient eating. Like if I can’t avoid dairy I’ll just eat it because it’s HARD being a collage student in nursing school and I have to cook basically all my meals.
I agree with the merch quality too. I say design the graphics and logos yourself then get a manufacturer
I love the lazy day shirt, I would most def get that. As soon as yall brought out the black love sweatshirt I immediately thought “ummm no”. I am so glad that y’all really want to produce quality merch and not just in it for the money!!! (Don’t get me wrong, the words itself “black love” can still be used just the quality of it was not the best)

Try using the metal file on your dry feet, gently, before starting your routine. Keep the metal file disinfected well, and use it every other day before getting in the shower. It's like a cheese grater for crusty feet .
Just keep putting the peppermint moisturizer on your feet with Socks When you sit around watching TV if you don't like wearing your stuff to bed
Josh! Look into toe spreaders. I recently went to a foot doctor, and they said much of why our feet become unsightly (callouses, hammer-toes, bunions, etc) is bc our toe bones are squished and misaligned in our shoes! Applying too much pressure to one spot causes pain and ugly feet. Over time, the toe spreaders will help improve/ reverse callouses, foot pain, weak muscles, etc.
You can wear them when you're barefoot outside, in the house, sleeping, and working out. Also, look for natural foot shoes. They don't restrict your feet and toes.

I’ve been inspired by Josh in this very moment to cut out red meat. I’m also cutting out alcohol and 🍃. I’m gonna try until March and see how I feel. Next week ima get back in the gym. This week ima do some workouts to ease my way back in. I also did a mask today and it was great. 😇

For the merch, I think the LITMAS font should simply be bold, outlined letters just like the font in your intro video (albeit with a bit more space in between each letter), whilst the inside of the letters remains empty (so that the colour of the fabric shows through). It makes the writing more subtle but it could be a better aesthetic, I reckon.

I didn't get a chance to grab any merch from the first launch because I wasn't working at the time. Now that I have a stable income, I really want a set (preferably in black or chocolate brown). Please use the original manufacturers if possible! I would hate to get something of a lower quality because I already regret missing the first launch

I can honestly say that just looking at the stuff I can tell they aren’t on the same level it was last year. They look thinner and the peeling in not it . I believe you guys are better than that and I hope you guys find a better solution.
A suggestion is a foot peeling mask they are on Amazon it’s for your feet you put it on and few days later all the dead skin peel off and your left with baby smooth feet Ik it sound scary 😂but it’s not

I like the idea of the hoodies/ sweatshirts. I guess I should say I like the design of the hoodies/sweatshirts (except the blue one you should change the color of the letters or something idk lol). I just would say, sell what you want your image to be. If you want to sell a less quality product, make sure the price matches. but if not, which I don’t think you guys want to do then take your time and don’t rush. If the quality of the product looks like it belongs in a 5 or below store then make sure the price isn’t the same as Kim k skims merch lol. But I’m happy for you guys no matter what. 😁
