Great conversiosation. Shrivastav ji has great musical and technical analysis sense. I wd request him to write book selecting songs and giving deep insight into technical and musical aspects. We hv enough of how Oancham name is given etc. We need to record such insights from people who have worked with him to help future generation his music. Similar insight can be given for othercomposers also.

Panchamda changed the entire hindi film music pattern...which the greatest Shanker Jaikishen had created..in early 70s that historic shift happenned...he became king of commercial film songs but with quality...his music was light and fresh...mostly modern but also traditional wbhenever required...

At 15.45 he is talking about the song Kisi ko is jagah se nahi jaana hai of Heera Panna.
Melody harmony rhythm percussion
With due respect to Vinitji, if the scale he chose for "Gumm ho kisi ke pyaar mein" is G minor, the chord at 8:40 (on the word "shaam") should be 'A flat major' and not C minor (which he played). Similarly, the chord on the words "haay Ram" at 8:50 should be D dominant 7th and not G minor (which he played).
Rest, I salute his presentation and insights about the maestro. He is so correct that RDB was a trend CHANGER. He completely revolutionised music back then.

बहुत बढ़िया। फिल्मी संगीत के मान से 1950 से 1980 तक का समय स्वर्णिम काल रहा है और एक से बढ़कर एक संगीत के महारथी उस दौर में हुए हैं। पंचम दा और मदन मोहन साहब दो ऐसी विलक्षण प्रतिभा भी उस दौर में हुई है जिनका संगीत अजर अमर है। आपके अगले भाग में इंतजार रहेगा की कुछ रौचक जानकारी "पड़ोसन, अमर प्रेम और आंधी" के संगीत के बारे में मिले।🙏
