You may not realize this but your tutorials are very useful for guitar players looking to adapt piano-based based tunes to guitar. The fact that you identify all the notes/intervals in each chord makes it easier to get a more authentic sounding arrangement, compared to using common guitar chord grips. Your pacing is perfect and whether I'm working on a tune or not, it's very enjoyable to just sit back and listen to you play and sing.
Wow I am so grateful for your support. I am so humbled to hear that you as a guitar player find my tutorials helpful. I love the guitar! Thanks again for learning and playing with me 🙏🏾
That's right ANOTHER TUTORIAL! These are amazing, you are helping me play songs I thought I was years away from playing. Loving playing these Sly tunes, Badu, and D'Angelo. You're the best! Keep em coming, Ill be sharing these
That was Awesome My Brother. I always Loved that song and always wanted to play it. But most of the bands I have played with never gave it a second thought. Now that I’m a one band man, I will definitely add it to My Song List. I will post the video and give You some Props for helping Me figure it out. Thank You again...
So happy I could learn this song thanks to you! I'd like to make a song request for Frank Zappa's "Uncle Remus". George Duke lays down some serious magic on that track.
i fucking love you! You play all the songs I study. this is a really good one. Your jesus children is the only version of the chords I could find. I really like your way of teaching. I cant read music. im a drummer studied afro cuban music for years and then got into the organ when I was around 20. I love funky grooves and especially when they get really heavy but i find the chords that support funky music to be especially awesome and great to learn how to play the piano more like a drum. for me at least. Thank you!
You’re welcome and thank you. Like James Brown said, I’m funk every instrument is a drum and I believe that to be true. I’m so glad you find my tutorials helpful. Let’s get it
@@karlismusik where do you live? You should come jam with us! I’m in central coast California we got a fat jam scene here and I have all the connects.!!!
Great video and great channel! Thank you. One Q: I dig the F minor 7 voicing, but would you agree at least on the record he does an F dominant 7? I keep hearing the dom 7, not minor 7. thanks!
I’ve tried to learn piano from people before when I was younger from a lot of people, actually nobody makes it as easy as you do you are definitely a teacher. Thank you for teaching me something new and I love your content don’t change a thing, bro.🙏🏽🫡

Too distracted by how good the performance was
Thank you so much
Dude can you break it down a little more like I can’t stay up
I’m sorry I don’t understand your question
@@karlismusik well first I commented on the wrong video I actually meant to ask if you could break down "family affair" into smaller easier sections
@@karlismusik like you would show how to play it but then you would start doing all of these crazy notes that you didn’t show us how to do
The second demonstration sounded kind of bad and unrecognizable.😓
Thank you
