I've got all the programs done, but not alot of the xp reward path, I'm just kinda burnt out of the game already
Here’s the problem, if the grind is as bad as season 1, NCAA 25 can’t come fast enough

I’ve been playing the show since mlb 20 and I haven’t hated a game more than this current years game. I love to do the offline and online grinds. I have every program completed, played 50 ranked games, done the conquests and most of TA (1 and 2 completed) and I’m only at 500k xp. I’m only at 150 cards for the collection. It’s ridiculous the amount of grinding or money they make you have to spend this year, and then in two weeks it’s erased? At least last years system you could use cards for two seasons. The 4 wild cards being in the XP path make me believe it’ll give it to us every 100k xp, which will take too long. I really hope with the NCAA launch it takes the player base away so they go back to their roots and make a good game again.

I completely agree! I have been playing since 2018 and for the last 3 years, the game has only gone downhill.
I also did everything and I'm almost at 900k... and that's with all the massive grinding I did for the first 2 chapters of TA. Chapter 3 with all the 99s... I have 1 division over 40%.
The game definitely is atrocious.

TBH w everyone and you koogs, I’ve been playing this and watching you since 18. I mean I grinded year in and year out. This year killed it for me. I stopped playing around the time the Matt Olson event came out. I only play occasionally to try and grind out Red Sox cards for my theme team. Sucks cuz I’ve loved this game for so long but man has it changed for the worse

I am currently around the same spot you are in content wise koogs. Collection same, TA grind done, got the best squad built with a few of the TA bosses. I agree though, the game is okay, just doesn't feel the same like it was with MLB 20-22.

I say my god squad is coming along well, just got honus Wagner card today and he’s a great guy to use to lead off bunt. Rotation is all 99 except bullpen, so will see what I can upgrade before season ends. But besides that all 99 lineup
I just came back to MLB the show and already have a pretty good team. I stopped playing because it was to p2w and I didn’t feel like grinding 4 hours for a card I sucked with. Now my team is pretty stacked.

I'm playing doing the team affinity right now I have different god squads built for every division as I play thru it. I have the AL& NL East at 99% .
When season 1 ends do you think Carlos Santana will still be a good card or should I sell for the stubs while I can
His price will probably go up after season 1 ends and that pack is out of the store. But he’ll be a good card all year unless they try to nerf it by dropping less switch hitters.

I have a question, I have Bryan Reynolds at parallel 4 but when I use him in BR, he doesn’t have any boosted stats. Why is this happening

I’m not at a xp boss or a collection level boss I took a 1 week vacation when they dropped TA3 and still have that already done and still don’t have any bosses I feel like I play the game constantly too and it’s weird to not be getting like any xp
Unlocked the three bosses and all the team affinity cards, just trying to collect about 20 more cards to get Willie Mays and I’ll feel like I got what I wanted out of Season 1
Don’t have a single collection boss, 225k away from 1st XP boss

Im roughly 280 on s1 collections. And unfortunately fell behind alil for xp rewards path. Im around 715k on the path. Hopefully double xp comes this weekend and next week

I love your videos but I never really took the show serious until 22 and that’s when I had a 98ov but I started to do pretty good in 23 and first played when my cousin bought the show 21 and we played classic and I’m doing alright and have a rating of 500 in ranked.
Mine is nice too but in 17 days we all back to normal I hate it
i basically have my entire god squad completed except the pete crow-armstrong tomorrow will be in center. I've finished br, ranked, events, ta, all the other programs, and the xp path. I have 316 cards in the collection and i don't have much to do. This game feels very boring in between content drops
I’m at 1,077,000 XP, I’m at 60% on TAF AL West and then my TAF will be complete. Every Conquest Map is complete. Every challenge series to get guys like Profar etc are complete. Every Mini Seasons is played through once. With all that I have 277 S1 cards collected which is exciting! 3 more til I get Brett!

Sadly I haven't got a boss yet. Still haven't completed the Live Series. The lack of programs and offline play in general has slowed me way down. I usually just don't have the time to play a full ranked game. I'm not good enough to mercy folks
I’m in a bad position to finish Season One but I am also at 200,000+ xp
i’m at 545,350 xp in the reward path and i’ve collected about 140 set 1 cards and my team is at a 96 overall
The only thing left to do for season 1 is wait for the wash then rinse and repeat and do the grind all over again just to get the exact same god squad. Because let’s face it SDS isn’t that creative and the top cards in season 2 will be slight variations of the exact same cards from season 1.
MLB should have never introduced sets in DD. What’s the point of having set one cards to grind for just for them to take em out. We would have to re grind the game just to use core and S2 cards. Some of us can’t obtain boss cards or collection cards due to barely getting xp or time enough to play the game

I'm really hoping for a better season two, it just seems like too many viable cards are being put in packs and it's killing my motivation to play the game. I shouldn't feel ready to check out in the first season.
I think I am going to play College football if they don't fix this collection problem. I can't get to even the CC. And all this panicking to allow people to get more cards at the end is too much too late.

I like how they do the new seasons and stuff and it does feel that the game sort of gets dead at a point but I feel that you should get extra wildcards or 1 pitcher and 1 hitter or something like that I just think more than 1 wildcard would be nice but the show has to make their money so
