Swisher was spot on in calling the head of Facebook "one of the most carelessly dangerous men in the history of technology". He's been a largely negative force in the world, and we may never get over it.
...yet she herself didn't bring any people back together. So obvious that the positive aspects all just get neglected. And they by far outweigh the negative ones.

At some point there will be a considerable conflict about data mining and exploitation and I think this is what iliza shlesinger was referring to a few years ago on Rogan the last time she was there. One day when the law catches up to where social media is right now this kind of exploitation will be akin to cyber stalking.

Here's an idea that I just got for the 1st time. The company, such as youtube, have their "truth" department do a reply/comment on untruthful material listing the actual truth and do not alter or change anything to do with the untrue comment. I know that this would produce a delay in the corrections but at least the person's 1st amendment rights would not be impinged upon. I don't know, I'm still thinking this through, but there could be a way to have your cake and eat it too.
