The average rpm for shorts is 0.05 $ that's like 50 dollars for 1 million views. And you got like 200$ this is some crazy amount for shorts. There's people out there making 0.10 to 0.20 cents for 1000 views. Your rpm was really high. *Just came across your channel 😅 keep making videos 😊

Unfortunately that is why shorts pay less. The viral music helped alot. If you can add youtube music same way you do on shorts then make the sound quiet. or super low. The music helps a lot. This used to happen on tiktok when you use the music there.

I searched for and used the fiancé sound on TH-cam just like you select sounds on IG so it isn’t copyrighted. TH-cam pays for shorts with original audio or an artist’s sound as long as it’s from the TH-cam app. Hope this answers your questions.
