I am an ex participant of IIT Bombay techfest 2019 (Da Vincian Spectacle) and I attended it as a participant in clas 9 and im telling you it was fire.
All the points you told in the video is 200% right but you are such a big demotivator for non iit students , at least you have to motivate non iit students in last of your video 🙏
I just shows the reality, I have already made what we can do if we r from tier3 college, I have already made lot of videos regarding it❣️

4:13 studying in a GFTI currently(BIT Mesra), and it's somewhat of a con as well, especially if you don't have a cycle. Be ready to have torn trousers(especially if you are fat) and become really tan

@@Rohit_Negi mtlb ki ...woh kehna chah rhi hai ki aapke skills matter krte hai...aur jb aapki Google jaisi companies mein job lag jati hai tb aapse koi bhi yeh nhi puchta ki aapki branch aur college kaun sa ... actually this is a very controversial topic...it all depends on the person's dedication...aapki baatein bhi sahi hai aur inka kehna bhi sahi hai...According to me iit hume exposure sahi provide krta hai jo ki baaki ke college mein kam ya na ke barabar hoti hai ...but at the end of the day aap kitne commited hai apne goal ko lekar woh matter krta hai...kyunki compitition hi itna zadda hai ...upar se quota nd all stuff ...i don't want to go in deep..no offense!..toh it's not easy.

i am from iit kanpur and i am in 3rd in Electrical Engineering B.Tech.
But mainly i wasted my 2 years and in after 11 months i will be participating in placement session.
and till then my cpi will be less than 7 and from last years stats i saw that most companies put a cpi criteria of 7.
Can you please help me how to manage for my placements till 11 months and how should i do the things required.
I don't even wants to go for ctc less than 25 lacs. my friends and family thought that i will do something good in my life but i never tell them that how i wasted my 2 years.
And this is making me nervous day by day.
please help me. i wants to go for SDE,Data analytics,Quant,and related.
also how is the chance that if i go off campus then my cpi will not matter and how frequently hiring managers will respond to that.

How much coding knowledge is required for getting admission in mtech at iit??
You'll learn everything in your BTech course. Just clear your BTech degree with a min. of 50% aggregate and GATE exam with their qualifying cut-offs for IIT.
