Love to watch others making food❤I also don't use egg in meat mixture but in fish kebab .try and use only egg white ,4 I noticed my oil won't be bubbly when I use again.the sound not so clear, competing with music in background
Yaa Ali Madad Shenaz ,, We have similar kababs with some whole and some coarse dhania ( roasted dry coriander seeds ) in it ,, We call them Junaghadi or Junagarhi kababs and they too are round but coarse in texture, not smooth 😊
you could not find a better mixing bowl - you are mixing all this in a tapila? Honestly? there is so mny mixing bowls in the market and look at this. you are trying so hard to bring the mixer in this Tapila?
@anumanu 289 You are the one who did not get it ! Apart from sentimental values, the tapila that Shenaz used surely is very practical and convenient ,, A. It is large enough for the quantity of meat she is marinating and mixing B.The tapela has a broad rim which she uses as a handle to hold C. The bottom of the tapela is curved and so it bobs and tilts on her side as and when required while mixing, as well as rotates, which makes it easy for her to mix and mince the meat evenly
Thank you so much Naushad for your positive comments highlighting the practicality of this mixing bowl that Anumanu calls the tapila in a mocking manner. You have explained it so well and clearly. Thanks again

Calm down! She’s using equipments that would have been used in East Africa. Home. I remember the large sufariyu gran used to make food. Thanks!

This tapila is of sentimental value to me and stops spillage. It has an Indian element to it too!
it is not practical -tapila?
@@anumanu289 I can tell fom your replies that you do not attach importance to sentimentality and ambience of the background of the dishes
