today i am sharing jamnagar famous ghughra recipe with three types of chutney ghughra isvery tasty spicy and tangy and sweet and with chutney is awesome here i have shown how easily you canmake kangri on ghughra …. so friends try out to make ghughra in an easy way and give feedback here are all ingredients
Ghughra dough
1.5 cup all porpose flour
4 tbsp oil
salt to taste
water aa required /1/2 cup
ghughra masala
4 medium size boiled potatoes
1/2 cup boiled peas
salt to taste
2 tbsp chilly ginger paste
1 tsp garam masalo
imli chutney
1 cup tamrind
1 cup / 1.5 cup jaggery
2 cup water
salt to taste
1 tsp red chilly powder
red chutney
1 tbsp red chilli powder
salt to taste
1/2 tbsp black salt
water as required
for garnishing
besan sev
onion
masala sing
coriander
