today i have made special khiru from which you can make dosa, idli, uttpan, idda and dosa ball also so note perfect measurements to make perfect batter and here i have shared recipe of dosa ball and chutney which are also served in marriage function also so friends try out this new recipe and here are all ingredients ;
dosa batter ingredients
3 cup rice
1 cup urad dal
1/2 cup rice flex
1 tbsp dry fenugreek
70 ml butter milk(optional)
soak in water for 2 hours and grind into smooth paste
for fermentation keep in warm place for 5 to 6 hours
potato bhaji balls
2 boiled potatoes
2 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp hing
1 medium size onion
salt
1/4 tsp turmeric
3 green chilly
1/2 inch ginger
boiled potato
chu
