Nice podcast in the next podcast kindly let us know about the new residential property buying details like what is the best time to buy property, what kind of negotiation to do with the RSA team, which month is best to buy, at what stage pre-launch, under construction, mid-stage, nearing possession or fully constructed, any apps through which additions details can be taken like rates per sq.ft, availability of inventory, etc. Can one get a much better deal if someone already has a flat with the same developer and wants to buy another flat with the same developer at a different location in short, I want to say that you discuss in deep detail so that for new buyers it will be a guide.
