LOL I actually did this without meaning to. I remember years ago on the PS2 that you could only get so far without grinding. I needed to make a seperate save because I ended up getting stuck in the aqueducts with no way to heal ( I couldn't make it back to the heal point.) When I started playing on the PS4, I would really push the grind so that I could get the best weapons/ armor early on to save some trouble.
I kind of can understand getting stuck-ish on the 4D difficulty, but on the easier modes, how? Running from combat is also always an option. Bosses can get tricky, but even the big crab boss from the Aqueducts can be won against with just Fayt and Aerials. The previous fight with the Jailor and the Knights is much harder imo.
If I remember correctly there are two chests with a crap ton of money one in the mountains of barr (Barr Caves) and one in the floating gardens of surferio. Also there are these enemies in the mountains of barr that look like porcupines which are easy to farm even at low level if you set everyone to manual.
I know it's super late no one may read this but you can also do map completions for the 1/144 scale bunnies and sell them for 9000 fol each do a few of those and you can get damask gauntlets holy sword and osprey daggers pretty early on so long as you also farm a few jewels of refuge from the skeletons in the aqueducts..that's how I get them early on

Can someone explain to me the push o or x at the end of some fights? Can't find anything on it.

skies100 you get it from the optional dungeon the one that's floating in the sky I believe so it been so long I forgot the name
skies100 You can buy it for around 20K Fol at the armory in Airyglyph. Pretty convenient place for breaking early game.

Better way with cliff Mp damage to his short X. Early game kind of busted very very fast.
