Is there a way to play with friends without timer. Me and my father would prefer playing that way but last time we tried we couldnt play since everything was too fast
tried this game out for myself and I cant see how people play it. I'm completely overwhelmed by the timer, I barely understand how half the pokemon work because the rounds keep flying by while I try to read a single menu thing.
Take the time to go through the Wiki on the website. Especially the abilities and Synergies section. It will tell you what Pokémon have what abilities and you don't have to worry about the timer. The rest will come with experience and as you play, repetition is the mother of learning after all :)
If you make another video on this you should include more about how to get the best start and some basic strategies. The best thing to do is to buy all the pokemon in the first round you get. They can be sold for the same amount you bought them for next round. This lets you compare your first and second rounds of pokemon together to pick your team. You also didn't show anything about how what map you are on will have different pokemon in them and that when you get your first unique pick you are allowing that pokemon into everyone's pokemon list. If you click on your opponents you can see their maps and their pokemon. If someone has a water team and you are not playing water do not get a strong water pokemon for the item unless you are willing to give that water type to the enemy.
I've finished in 4th and 5th place every time I've played. I can't seem to do better than that. But I think that's not too bad considering I've only played it like 5 times so far.
That's good for your first time playing! Itemization plays a big part in this game as well. learning which items work well with which units will level up your game. For example, the Soul dew Orb will work wonders on units that rely on special stat. Any number thats in purple under the ability can be drastically increased using the soul dew orb. The longer the pokemon stays alive, the more of a buff it will get as the soul dew powers up every second!
Depends on how fast your unit Generates PP. Once your PP bar is full(Blue bar), the unit will use its skill. Water Synergy and items like Mana scarf (Charcoal + Pendant) will help generate PP faster. Aqua egg (Pendant +Pendant) will make it so your Unit gets a portion of its PP back immediately after using its skill.
other than the coins and the shards I'm not aware of any other economies. Can you elaborate a bit? I would love the opportunity to learn more about the game. I'm sure there's a lot I don't know as well, I just recently started playing. I'm only covering the very basic mechanics in this video to get you out the gate and learn the game more for yourself. I'm sure there might be a better guide out there for more intermediate to seasoned players.
@@demonhornstv you get interest rate on your coins during a game. So if you have 10 coins the next time your coins increase you get an extra coin up to 5 for 50 coins. It's generally a good idea to get to 50 coins as fast as possible to have a bigger money advantage in the mid game. Many strategies try to build a decent board early game, get 50 coins and then try to level up to 7 as fast as possible to roll for rare / epic units (depending on your synergy ofc) Another thing that should be mentioned are streaks. You get more money the longer you either win or lose in succession (up to 5 I think) so losing early but consistently is a genuine strategy for some games, trading early health for money and quicker access to the item carousel.
@@TheOneAndOnlyP6 That's interesting I definitely didn't notice that the coin yields changed based on win/loss. Thanks for the insight i really appreciate it. :)

@@GemmyDeeryThere is currently no option to turn off the in-game timer.

How long is the skill CD?

How do you take items off Pokémon
The only method that has worked for me so far is to sell them. Once they are sold, the items return to your inventory.
theres an item called the golden rod. it gives you the best version of the water types rods and is a infinite use item removal.
Looking cool for me is a big ask
No economy mentioned?
Seeing as He was rated 1015 in the lobby, I'll assume he doesn't know everything of course..
