It's the reason why Wapol is such a bad leader, because no matter how much he ate, he would always feel hungry, leading him to completely ignore almost all his duties.
buggy and berry good both have the problem that there body doesn't automatically comes back together since Luffy sent buggy's torso flying that one time and he had to go find it. berry good wasn't given enough time to reform himself that's why Franky was able to send his head flying

But didn't Buggy explain that he could only fly a set distance away from his feet, which had to be touching the ground? That's why all the parts Luffy sent flying didn't come back.
