This. I was just thinking this needed a full communications setup. But also... Run outdoor power conduit to the various stations so you can have power stations you don't need to bring in for the rain too. Perhaps a secondary shed just for wheeling the mine equipment into.

I WAS RIGHT! As soon as the bucket was dumped in the gold pan, I figured 8. First time I guessed that close. How nice of you to let both of them use your big Johnson the first time out. 😁 It looked great on the road in with that overcast sky, the color popped out. Lyle was fine with the dirt truck until you guy said to back up a bit more!

hey guys love the vid, little tip with the excavator when you are digging piles instead of pulling the arm towards you and then curling the bucket get the bucket about half in the pile then curl the bucket while the second arm is pushing back out the pile, then the dirt doesn't get piled under your tracks.
No truck directly in the plants. Dump between both plants over a embankment so the loaders can push against something and use one loader for each plant. All the excavators diggin like hell.dozers could rip for easier digging. Love the show. Always makes me laugh
A little operator etiquette. When picking up material with a excavator bucket. Curl the bucket in as soon as possible, so that the bottom is flat on the ground. Similar to loading with a loader bucket you can slice into the pile, instead of dragging it closer to you. Watch how Lyle loaded on his turn with the Big Johnson. Another thought is to put a fourth side to the new conveyor hopper. You can make an adjustable slide gate above the belt to regulate the amount of material the feeds onto the belt. Love the GOLD. keep it going.

Solar panels,wind powered electric generators you guys can afford to upgrade your mine site now keeping in line with 21st century advances. Also,Safety meeting, no hands in and around the conveyor belts, especially near the feed hoppers, that's why the mine site was issued the appropriate and correct tools in the form of "Shovels"! Lol. Big Johnson's first day and you bring in nearly half an ounce, the shareholders will be celebrating, I would be,but I can't get none.lol. Excellent effort Fellas.
Because of TH-camr Gold, i just bought and Huina excavator and dump. I know there not like yours, but I'm going to gut them and upgrade all the electronics to make them stronger. Another fantastic episode thank you. You should set up some solar panels 2X 250 W and a Victron MPPT 100/30 charge controller and centralise your power distribution then you won't need to cart your batts back and forth just to keep them charged

Now that you guys have the big excavator you guys should use the big Cat mining truck to move the pay to the top. Then you can use the wheel loaders to load the trom. Long time fan, watched since season one and some before that. You guys are great. Keep up the good work.
Nice wig, you look a little like crazy Joe 😄 Finally the first test of this big excavator, really great it does a crazy job , but they have to bring the earth a little faster, with a single bucket it almost loads the truck 😁 It is forbidden to attack workers with the shovel (at 23:09 of the video) 😂😂 In addition we could not say that it is a work accident 😄 I not knew there were safety sandals 😁 Ah damn it already has a hydraulic leak problem, I hope it does not matter. But in any case it does a good job, I also think that if there had been no rain the gold harvest would have been greater, but it is already very good , 8 grams is great !!! 31.5 grams in total is excellent because season 3 started very late, congratulations to the whole team !!
Nice to see Johnson joining the equipment group. As far as the gold fox conveyor I would attach a tthin brush to the underside just above the second conveyor just to brush off the pay that doesn't fall. I know that might not be much but in mining every little bit counts.
That was pretty cool that you proved the Volvo could dump straight into the new conveyer (if aimed properly... 😂😂😂) Deff not something to do all the while but at least it can be done if you need to use any pay up at the end of the shift. 😎

I saw pictures Sunday showing after the rain vehicles were up to their windows in water and the pictures today of how the huge hail ruined vehicles, houses and vehicle and house windows.Vehicles looked destroyed.
